General Terms and Conditions
- If you find a lower rate (the “Comparison Rate”) for the same hotel booking on another website within 24 hours of purchase, and your request is approved, we will refund 110% of the difference.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to check eligibility for a refund.
- All requests are subject to approval. Our decisions are final.
- The Comparison Rate must be publicly accessible and available for purchase online. Rates obtained by calling in or from email offers are not eligible.
- The Comparison Rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us and must be verifiable by our Customer Service team.
- Discounts from frequent traveler programs, coupons, membership-based programs, military, senior, or residency discounts, or any other special offers are not eligible.
- Offers for certificates, attractions, or non-hotel bookings are not eligible for this guarantee.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of Guarantee requests an individual, family, or group may submit within a given time frame.
- This offer is void where prohibited by law. Inspira Holding reserves the right to modify or cancel the Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on our website.
Hotel Stay Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- Comparison Rates for hotels must be for the same hotel, room type, stay dates, and inclusions.
- The Guarantee applies to the total price of the hotel room, including taxes (but not processing fees). All Comparison Rates must include hotel taxes and any additional service fees.
- The Best Price Guarantee applies to the entire hotel stay, not individual nights.
- Hotels can't have a Non Refundable rate in order to claim the guarantee. They must have a Refundable Rate
Claiming Your Best Price Guarantee Refund
To claim a 110% Guarantee refund, simply send a request by submitting the form to us within 24 hours of your Inspira purchase.
Since rates change continually, please make a printout, or take a screenshot of the exact offer as it exists on the competitive website at the same time of filling the form.
Our Customer Service Staff will contact you via email after receipt of your request. If we are unable to verify your lower quote, we will ask for documentation including a screenshot from you in order to verify the on-line rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.
If verified, we will issue a credit to your account within 10 business days of verification of your claim submission.
